Regina is truly an exceptional host.
At one point, I accidentally canceled a reservation by mistake and was facing over $2,000 in charges. Regina went above and beyond—she spent her late evening helping me contact Airbnb support and did everything she could to reduce the fees. I was genuinely touched by her kindness and willingness to help.
During our stay, there were also areas where our team could have done better, and Regina handled everything with patience and professionalism. She took the time to communicate clearly and help us understand the issues, which we really appreciated.
She is responsible, responsive, and truly cares about every guest who stays at her property. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Perfect experience. Just what we hoped for while working locally. Clean and very comfortable home for us to relax and decompress. Hosts were excellent—-communicated quickly and with great detail. They made sure we had everything promised and more. Thanks so much for a great stay.
