The neighborhood atmosphere is quiet and friendly. Neighbors look out for one another and a local Gwinnett county police officer is usually present and regularly patrolling the area. You are a guest of our household during your stay and expected to be respectful to members of the household and our fellow neighbors. We will alert our immediate neighbors that we are Airbnb hosts so they are aware and not alarmed by your visit. Although this is a safe, family friendly neighborhood, please always exercise a reasonable and smart level of security awareness. Please be mindful to keep your car doors locked and any valuables hidden from plain view within your vehicle. Please also be mindful to lock the apartment door upon exiting the premises. For your security and that of the household, when you are in for the evening, please activate the lower level security alarm. Security instructions are provided on premises within the guest manual upon arrival.

Full access to lower level apartment, lower patio and 1 side of driveway space. Please always park on the right-hand side of the driveway near the front door. Stepping stones will lead you directly to the lower apartment. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home.   Instructions will be provided upon trip conformation. If you do not have a smartphone to install the Airbnb App, a convenient Keypad with a private code will also be provided.
