There is a DVD player fully stocked with movies for kids and adults. There is also a Bluetooth stereo. The Roku connected TV allows for MANY additional entertainment and music streaming options as well as access to a fully loaded PLEX server for countless FREE TV & movie options. Instructions provided within residence or by personalized host tour. Private access to kitchen, full bath and laundry facilities in the apartment as well as completely separate entry from the rest of our home. To make your stay more convenient, we offer a few complimentary toiletries and household helpers enough for a 2-3 night stay. Re-stocking of basic supplies & toiletries for longer stays or if depleted are the guest's responsibility. The neighborhood atmosphere is quiet and friendly. Neighbors look out for one another and a local Gwinnett county police officer is usually present and regularly patrolling the area. You are a guest of our household during your stay and expected to be respectful to members of the household and our fellow neighbors. We will alert our immediate neighbors that we are Airbnb hosts so they are aware and not alarmed by your visit. Although this is a safe, family friendly neighborhood, please always exercise a reasonable and smart level of security awareness. Please be mindful to keep your car doors locked and any valuables hidden from plain view within your vehicle. Please also be mindful to lock the apartment door upon exiting the premises. For your security and that of the household, when you are in for the evening, please activate the lower level security alarm. Security instructions are provided on premises within the guest manual upon arrival.
Guest Access
Full access to lower level apartment, lower patio and 1 side of driveway space. Please always park on the right-hand side of the driveway near the front door. Stepping stones will lead you directly to the lower apartment. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Instructions will be provided upon trip conformation. If you do not have a smartphone to install the Airbnb App, a convenient Keypad with a private code will also be provided.

This area is within minutes to numerous parks, recreational activities and major highways. The cities of Sugar Hill, Suwanee & Cumming are all within minutes. Downtown Atlanta is 40-45 minutes away depending on traffic conditions. Suwanee Town center Park has a cool bike rental service for the trails and shops once there. (10min ride from our home).
